Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel your Magic QR subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. To cancel, log in, open My account and choose Cancel on your plan. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +91 94267 22224 and we will cancel it for you.

What happens when you cancel

No further payments are taken after you cancel.

For plans paid in India (UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay), your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for: the current month on a monthly plan, or the current year on a yearly plan.

For plans paid in the USA through PayPal, cancelling takes effect straight away, so access to the dashboard ends when you cancel.

No refunds after payment

All payments are final once they have been made. We do not refund payments that have already been taken, and we do not give part refunds for unused time. This applies if you cancel part-way through a month or a year, change your mind, switch plans, or stop using the service, and it applies to yearly plans and to prices reduced by a coupon or offer.

This does not take away any rights you have under the law.

If we charge you by mistake

If you are charged in error, for example twice for the same period, or after your cancellation was confirmed, message us on WhatsApp. We will check it and refund the amount charged in error to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show a refund.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your payment provider tries again a few times. We may pause your service until a payment goes through. Cancelling stops any further attempts.
