The service
Magic QR by Acuity Digital Agency gives your business a QR code that helps customers leave Google reviews, with an optional Google Business Profile optimizer on the higher plan. Features are as described on the plan you choose.
Billing
Plans renew automatically every month, or every year if you choose yearly billing, at the price shown when you subscribe, including any coupon you used. Payment is taken through Razorpay in India and through PayPal in the USA. If a renewal fails, the payment provider retries and we may pause the service until payment succeeds.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from My account, or by messaging us. Cancellation stops future charges. Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law or as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which explains what happens to your access after you cancel.
Reviews
You are responsible for using the service honestly. We do not write fake reviews, and we do not guarantee any particular rating or number of reviews. Google's own policies apply to reviews left on your profile.
Changes
We may update these terms or plan prices with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
