Who we are

What we collect

When you subscribe we collect your name, business name, email address and mobile number, so we can set up your service and contact you about it. If you arrived through a partner's link, we remember which partner in a cookie for 30 days so they are credited. We count visits to a partner link but do not store your IP address or identity for that.

When your customers use your QR code, we store the service they picked, their star rating and the review wording they chose or wrote. A customer who gives a low rating can leave their name and phone number so you can follow up; only you can see it. If a customer records a voice review, the recording is sent to OpenAI to be turned into text and we do not keep the audio.

If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name and email address and that you confirmed it. We never see your Google password.

We read the public details and reviews of your Google business listing. If you choose to connect your Google account, we can, with your permission, read your reviews and post replies you approve. We keep the access Google gives us for this, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Cookies

We use a login cookie so you stay signed in, a cookie that remembers a partner's referral link for 30 days, and a cookie that remembers whether you are viewing the India or USA page. Our analytics tool (below) sets its own cookies.

Site analytics

On our home page we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the page: it records anonymised sessions and heatmaps (clicks, scrolling) so we can improve it. Clarity masks what you type into forms, and we don't use it to identify you. You can block it with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay in India and by PayPal in the USA. Your card, UPI, bank or PayPal details go directly to them and are never seen or stored by us. We keep only the subscription status and payment references they send us. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains refunds and cancelling.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services we need to run Magic QR: Razorpay and PayPal (to take payments), Google (your listing and reviews), OpenAI (to write review wording and to turn voice reviews into text), an email service (to send you receipts and account emails), Microsoft Clarity (site analytics) and our hosting provider. If you appear on a partner's referral list, the partner sees that a sign-up came from their link and which plan it was.

We keep your account details for as long as you are a customer, and afterwards only as long as we need them for accounts and legal reasons.

You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 94267 22224. You can clear the cookies in your browser whenever you like.
